RETURNS POLICY — ITGIRLS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The ITGIRLS Returns Policy is a commercial policy that allows customers, under certain conditions and in accordance with the terms described below, to return items purchased on our website for a refund.

This policy is supplementary and distinct from the legal right of free termination, applicable within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order, in accordance with current legislation.

RETURN PERIODS

🔹 Right of Free Termination (1st to 14th day)

The customer can exercise their legal right of free termination within 14 days after receiving the order, provided that:

  it is in perfect condition

  it retains all original tags
  

🔹 Extended Commercial Return (15th to 30th day)

Between the 15th and 30th day after receipt, ITGIRLS may accept returns on a commercial basis, subject to the conditions indicated below.

  With original tags intact

  Without signs of use, washing, or odors
  

❌ Items Not Eligible for Commercial Return

  Customized or made-to-order items
  
• 
  Items marked as “not eligible for return” at the time of purchase
  
• 
  Free gifts or giveaways (if applicable)
  

⚠️ Note: Dresses used at events, photoshoots, or with signs of use will not be accepted.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

   Contact ITGIRLS through the channel indicated on the website (email or message)
   
2. 
   Provide the order number and reason for the return
   
3. 
   Wait for shipping instructions
   

Returns should not be sent without prior contact.

RETURN METHODS AND COSTS

  The shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise indicated

  ITGIRLS is not responsible for losses during return shipping
  

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

After receiving the returned item and verifying its condition:

  The refund will be processed within 1 to 10 business days
  
• 
  The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, whenever possible
  

ITGIRLS reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the conditions described above.

FINAL PROVISIONS

ITGIRLS acts as a commercial intermediary in the sale of products presented on the website, processing return requests in accordance with this policy and applicable legislation.
